At Little Frog, we take as much care in ensuring your complete satisfaction with our ergonomic baby carriers and slings as we do in crafting them. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Return Period
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Eligible Products
Most of our products can be returned or exchanged, including:
- Baby Carriers for Infants (0-36 months)
- Ring Slings (all sizes)
- Woven Wraps
- Half Buckle Carriers
- Ergonomic Carriers for Bigger Kids
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Preformed carriers (Préformés)
- Any items that show signs of use or are not in original condition
- Products without original packaging and tags
Return Process
- Initiate your return request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return to our Lille address using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you once we’ve processed your return.
Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the new product you’d prefer.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
